Week 4 NFL Injury Report (Fantasy-Relevant)
Injuries are already reshaping the fantasy landscape heading into Week 4. From star wideouts to starting quarterbacks and running backs, several big names could miss time — and their absences open the door for new fantasy opportunities. Here’s the latest you need to know before setting your lineups.

Thursday Night Football
James Conner (ARI, RB) – Season-ending foot surgery. Trey Benson elevated to RB1/2; Emari Demercado the handcuff.
Zach Charbonnet (SEA, RB) – Status in doubt. If out, Kenneth Walker’s workload and floor rise.
Sunday 1 PM Games
Jayden Daniels (WAS, QB) – Knee sprain, uncertain for Week 4. Marcus Mariota filled in effectively last week.
Terry McLaurin (WAS, WR) – Quad injury. If out, Commanders lose their WR1. Deebo Samuel and Zach Ertz gain value; Luke McCaffrey/Jaylin Lane/Noah Brown could see more targets.
Jacory Croskey-Merritt (WAS, RB) – Knee injury. If out, Jeremy McNichols and Chris Rodriguez could split work.
Baker Mayfield (TB, QB) – Right biceps injury (throwing arm), limited in practice but expected to play.
Mike Evans (TB, WR) – Hamstring injury, expected to miss multiple weeks.
Chris Godwin (TB, WR) – May return, but Emeka Egbuka is now a must-start either way.
Najee Harris (LAC, RB) – Out for season with torn Achilles. Omarion Hampton takes over; Hassan Haskins backup.
Tyrone Tracy (NYG, RB) – Out 2–4 weeks. Rookie Cam Skattebo handles lead role, with Devin Singletary next.
Ja’Tavion Sanders (CAR, TE) – Out. Tommy Tremble becomes a deep-league fill-in.
Tetairoa McMillan (CAR, WR) – Questionable. If out, Xavier Legette could see a starting role.
Malik Nabers (NYG, WR) – Frequently on injury report but has played through. If out, Wan’Dale Robinson is top target.
Cam Ward (TEN, QB) – Limited practice, minor concern. Only relevant in 2QB/SuperFlex.
Sunday 4 PM Games
Brock Purdy (SF, QB) – Turf toe, limited practice. Mac Jones also managing a knee sprain. Purdy trending toward playing.
Jauan Jennings (SF, WR) – Questionable. If out, Ricky Pearsall’s role rises.
Ricky Pearsall (SF, WR) – Questionable. If out, Jennings or Kendrick Bourne step up.
Isaiah Likely (BAL, TE) – Still out. Mark Andrews’ role remains dominant.
Alec Pierce (IND, WR) – In concussion protocol. Adonai Mitchell steps up, with Josh Downs in 3WR sets.
Xavier Worthy (KC, WR) – Return would cut into Tyquan Thornton and Hollywood Brown’s targets.
Sunday Night Football
CeeDee Lamb (DAL, WR) – High ankle sprain, could miss multiple weeks. George Pickens becomes WR1, TE Jake Ferguson gains targets.
Monday Night Football
Evan Engram (DEN, TE) – Injured, trending down. Not fantasy-relevant, better to stream elsewhere.
Justin Fields (NYJ, QB) – In concussion protocol. Tyrod Taylor could start if Fields is not cleared.
