Week 9 fantasy trade values cover with buy, sell and hold recommendations

Information cutoff: November 4, 2026 at 6:04 AM Central. League format: 12 team, one quarterback, full PPR redraft. FantasyPros figures are composite rest of season redraft values and weekly change. CBS figures are Dave Richard's full PPR trade values. These are market brackets, not universal prices. Team needs, bench depth and waiver quality can move any fair offer.

The point of a trade column is not to name the best player. It is to find the gap between the value a manager must pay and the role that player is likely to hold from Week 9 forward. This board uses official team game books, player logs, depth charts and injury reports, then tests the result against two current public trade charts.

Buy: Bhayshul Tuten, Jacksonville Jaguars

Market: FantasyPros 41.6, up 2.0. CBS full PPR 22. Tuten turned 16 carries into 104 yards and a touchdown in Week 8, then added two catches for 55 yards and another score. That was a real workload plus explosive play result, not a touchdown built on one touch.

Why buy: Jacksonville has a back who can win on the ground and create receiving value without needing a pass heavy script. Baltimore, Tennessee and the Giants are the next three opponents on the trade chart. Even if the 159 scrimmage yards prove to be a ceiling game, the shape of the role can support an every week RB2 with RB1 weeks.

Realistic offer: in a full PPR league, offer Matthew Golden plus a small bench piece for Tuten if the Tuten manager is worried about Thursday availability. FantasyPros prices the gap at 5.5 points and CBS at only two, so the add should be modest.

Strongest counterargument and change point: Tuten did not practice Monday or Tuesday with ankle and foot issues before Thursday night. This recommendation changes to a hold rather than an aggressive buy if the final report lists him out, or if Jacksonville activates another back into a clear committee. Do not pay for the Week 8 box score before checking the final inactive list.

Buy: Drake London, Atlanta Falcons

Market: FantasyPros 39.1, up 0.8. CBS full PPR 25. London's official season line is 39 catches for 624 yards at 16.0 yards per catch, but only one touchdown. Week 8 produced one catch for eight yards, which is exactly the kind of ugly result that can create a buying window.

Why buy: the larger sample includes games of 194, 118 and 96 receiving yards. The touchdown total has not matched the yardage base, so there is room for positive scoring regression without assuming a different player or a new role. Cincinnati and Kansas City precede Atlanta's bye on the current chart.

Realistic offer: George Pickens plus Emmett Johnson is a credible two for one in a deep full PPR league. FantasyPros totals the outgoing side at 44.1 against London's 39.1, while CBS values Pickens at 16 and does not surface Johnson on its chart. The London manager gets depth; the buyer consolidates two volatile pieces into one stronger weekly starter.

Strongest counterargument and change point: one touchdown in eight games can reflect offensive design, not only bad luck. Stop raising the offer if London's route participation or target share falls on the next official game book, or if the Falcons add a second consistent high volume receiver. The buy case needs the yardage role to remain intact.

Buy: Antonio Williams, Washington Commanders

Market: FantasyPros 17.7, up 1.2. CBS full PPR 6. Williams played 50 of Washington's 60 offensive snaps in Week 8, an 83 percent share, and caught five passes for 54 yards. His official season line is 23 catches for a team leading 259 receiving yards with one touchdown.

Why buy: this is a role bet before it becomes a name value bet. A receiver who stays on the field for five of every six offensive snaps has several paths to useful flex volume. The Rams, Giants and Bengals are next on the chart, and Washington needs dependable underneath answers when protection breaks down.

Realistic offer: Emmett Johnson straight up is a fair starting point for managers solving opposite roster needs. FantasyPros places Williams 3.5 points higher, so a small bench add may be required. Do not treat Williams as a locked WR2; buy him as a flex with room to grow.

Strongest counterargument and change point: snaps do not guarantee targets, and the Commanders can redistribute work quickly if the receiver room gets healthier. The recommendation changes if Williams falls below roughly 70 percent of offensive snaps or fails to reach five opportunities in consecutive games.

Buy: Emmett Johnson, Kansas City Chiefs

Market: FantasyPros 14.2, down 1.1. CBS does not list Johnson on the surfaced full PPR chart, so there is no CBS number to infer. Johnson caught five passes for 128 yards and a touchdown in Week 8, including the verified 73 yard score shown below.

Why buy: the explosive receiving ability is useful in a Chiefs offense that can create space, and the acquisition cost remains a bench price. The Jets, Falcons and Cardinals are the next three opponents on the chart. This is an upside reserve purchase, not a claim that the backfield has already changed hands.

What to watch in the clip: Johnson catches with room, forces the second level defender to commit, then accelerates through the angle. The fantasy lesson is that a low touch player can still create high value touches, but the long touchdown cannot be treated as a weekly baseline.

Realistic offer: use a low end bench receiver or a small waiver level piece. FantasyPros values Johnson at 14.2, below Antonio Williams at 17.7. Do not pay a stable flex price unless the official depth chart or next game book shows a larger rushing share.

Strongest counterargument and change point: Kansas City's official depth chart still lists Kenneth Walker as the starter, and Walker handled 21 carries in Week 8. The buy thesis changes only when Johnson earns recurring work beyond designed passing plays. If he remains below five total opportunities, he is a stash rather than a lineup play.

Sell: Rhamondre Stevenson, New England Patriots

Market: FantasyPros 37.6, up 4.5. CBS full PPR 16. Stevenson has 96 carries for 367 yards, a 3.8 average and two rushing touchdowns, plus 23 catches for 212 yards and one receiving score. Week 8 gave him 19 carries for 82 yards and three catches for eight.

Why sell: the role is usable, but the market just added 4.5 points after a volume driven week. New England still has TreVeyon Henderson and Corey Kiner taking meaningful season work, and Green Bay and Detroit precede the bye. This is a sell at the new price, not a claim that Stevenson should be dropped.

Realistic offer: if you need a receiver, Stevenson for George Pickens is defensible because CBS values both at 16. On FantasyPros, ask for a small add with Pickens because Stevenson leads 37.6 to 29.9. A manager with running back depth can turn one crowded backfield share into a weekly receiver.

Strongest counterargument and change point: 19 carries can be the start of a firmer lead role, and Stevenson adds receiving value. Cancel the sell if he keeps 18 or more touches while Henderson and Kiner lose work. That would make the current price a fair reflection of volume rather than a temporary spike.

Sell: Matthew Golden, Green Bay Packers

Market: FantasyPros 36.1, up 4.1. CBS full PPR 20. Golden's official season line is 43 catches for 619 yards and four touchdowns. He caught seven passes for 79 yards and a touchdown in Week 8, a strong performance that pushed the market higher.

Why sell: Green Bay can support Golden, but the Week 8 distribution also included Christian Watson at eight catches for 113 yards, Tucker Kraft at six for 53 and a touchdown, and Josh Jacobs with six receptions. Golden is a quality receiver in a crowded target ecosystem, so the sell is conditional on receiving clear WR2 value.

Realistic offer: Golden plus a small bench piece for Drake London is a sensible consolidation attempt. FantasyPros separates them by three points and CBS by five. If the London manager demands a meaningful starter as the add, keep Golden.

Strongest counterargument and change point: Golden may simply be breaking out, and four touchdowns with 14.4 yards per catch show useful efficiency. This recommendation changes to hold if he stays above seven targets through the next two games or if injuries narrow Green Bay's receiving rotation.

Hold: Derrick Henry, Baltimore Ravens

Market: FantasyPros 40.8, down 9.7. CBS full PPR 17. Henry scored on a two yard run in Week 8 and had another touchdown erased by penalty. Baltimore's quarterback injuries crushed the offense after Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley left, and Joe Fagnano is set to start Thursday.

Why hold: a 9.7 point weekly market decline already prices in much of the quarterback uncertainty. Baltimore has publicly framed the plan around running the ball and supporting Fagnano, which protects Henry's volume and goal line path even if scoring efficiency falls. Jacksonville, the Chargers and Carolina are next on the chart.

Trade rule: move Henry only for a clear RB1 or WR1 return near the Tuten or London price tier. Do not accept a panic discount built on one chaotic injury game.

Strongest counterargument and change point: a limited passing game can let defenses overload the box and reduce touchdown trips. The hold becomes a sell if Henry loses goal line carries or falls below 15 touches with Fagnano starting. Until then, the market drop is larger than the role change we can verify.

Hold: George Pickens, Dallas Cowboys

Market: FantasyPros 29.9, down 1.5. CBS full PPR 16. Pickens has recent weekly receiving lines of two catches for 48 yards, four for 57 and a touchdown, six for 73, and nine for 130 and a score. The outcomes swing, but the role continues to produce usable weeks.

Why hold: the current price already reflects volatility. Selling after a two catch game risks exchanging a player with a real ceiling for a lower impact flex. Indianapolis, San Francisco and Tennessee are the next three opponents on the chart.

Trade rule: use Pickens as part of a consolidation offer for London, but do not trade him straight up for Antonio Williams or another speculative flex. In a full PPR league, CBS values Pickens and Stevenson equally at 16, which creates a needs based pivot if you require a running back.

Strongest counterargument and change point: Pickens was limited by shoulder and hamstring issues on the most recent official update, and his efficiency can remain uneven. Reassess after Wednesday's practice report. The hold becomes a sell if the injury limits his routes or if he falls below six opportunities for a second straight game.

The Wednesday trade plan

Buy Tuten only after the Thursday status checkpoint. Buy London if the manager is reacting to the Week 8 dud. Buy Williams for snaps and Johnson for inexpensive upside. Sell Stevenson and Golden only into their current value spikes. Hold Henry through the quarterback shock and hold Pickens unless a consolidation deal improves your weekly starting lineup.

Next checkpoint: official Wednesday practice reports, Jacksonville's final Thursday status, and any depth chart change before lineup lock. This article will be updated on the same canonical URL if those facts materially change a recommendation.
