Bills at Rams Player Props: Seven Week 5 Passing, Rushing and Receiving Markets

5 min read

The clearest Bills at Rams prop angles are James Cook over 74.5 rushing yards, Kyren Williams over 21.5 receiving yards, and Puka Nacua over 93.5 receiving yards, but every number has a firm cutoff. This is the Week 5 Monday night passing, rushing, and receiving market report. It is separate from Football Nation’s general game preview and does not cover anytime touchdown or full game spread markets.

Information cutoff: October 12, 2026 at 7:07 AM Central. Buffalo enters 3 and 1, Los Angeles 2 and 2, and kickoff is scheduled for 7:15 PM Central at SoFi Stadium. The market snapshot below is not an executable quote. Prices can change before a bet slip is submitted, so readers should compare the current number and price in their legal jurisdiction.

Availability and workload context

Buffalo officially ruled out wide receiver Josh Palmer because of a shoulder injury. DJ Moore is questionable with a shoulder injury, and the club said rookie Skyler Bell will be active. Moore has 12 catches for 178 yards and one touchdown through four games. Those absences make target concentration around Dalton Kincaid, Keon Coleman, and Khalil Shakir more plausible, but the final inactive list about 90 minutes before kickoff remains essential.

The Rams cleared Aaron Donald, Colby Parkinson, and Jaylen Watson from the final injury report. Safety Quentin Lake is questionable with a hip injury and was described by Sean McVay as trending in the right direction. Donald’s return is important to every Buffalo efficiency projection, while Lake’s status matters to the middle of the field and explosive pass defense.

1. James Cook over 74.5 rushing yards at minus 110, DraftKings

Cook has 421 rushing yards on 70 carries through four games, a 6.0 yard average and 105.3 yards per game. His current line is lower than his production baseline, and Prop Lab’s public board shows the market moving from 76 to 74.5. The Rams have allowed 408 rushing yards through four games, while Buffalo’s offense has produced 556 rushing yards. The useful edge is volume plus efficiency, not a claim that another 100 yard game is automatic.

Strongest case against: Los Angeles gets Donald back, and a negative Buffalo game script could pull Cook below his normal carry range. Price limit: over 74.5 is playable to minus 120. At 79.5 or higher, the value is gone. The DraftKings alternate of 80 or more at plus 111 is acceptable only for readers who prefer plus money and accept the extra five yard hurdle.

2. Kyren Williams over 21.5 receiving yards at minus 113, BetRivers

Williams has 21 catches for 173 yards, and his 25 targets are already a meaningful part of the Rams passing structure. In Week 4 he caught 10 passes for 67 yards while adding 80 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns. Buffalo has allowed 1,096 net passing yards through four games. A route based receiving role offers more paths than a rushing only bet if the Bills push the pace.

Strongest case against: Week 4 may be an outlier, and Puka Nacua’s healthy return can pull short targets away from the back. Price limit: the over is attractive at 21.5 up to minus 120. At 25.5 or a price worse than minus 125, pass. DraftKings also listed 25 or more receiving yards at plus 102 in its public most bet feed.

3. Puka Nacua over 93.5 receiving yards at minus 113, FanDuel

Nacua has played two games and produced 14 catches for 199 yards on 21 targets. His Week 4 return brought nine catches for 125 yards. That makes the current number aggressive but supported by both target earning and downfield production. Buffalo’s defense has allowed 1,096 net passing yards and ten passing touchdowns through four games, so the matchup does not require a broken play to create a ceiling.

Strongest case against: a two game sample is fragile after the groin absence, and Davante Adams remains a major target competitor. Price limit: over 93.5 is reasonable to minus 115. Do not chase above 99.5. DraftKings posted 100 or more at plus 108, which is the preferred alternative if the main line rises.

4. Matthew Stafford over 283.5 passing yards at minus 117, BetRivers

Stafford has 1,189 passing yards on 162 attempts through four games. That is 297.3 yards and 40.5 attempts per game. Los Angeles has produced 1,202 net passing yards as a team, and Buffalo has allowed 1,096. Nacua’s return expands the Rams’ route winning options alongside Davante Adams, while Williams provides a reliable outlet.

Strongest case against: Stafford has six interceptions, Buffalo has nine sacks, and a balanced Rams win could hold attempts below the current baseline. Price limit: over 283.5 is acceptable only to minus 120. At 289.5 or higher, the margin is too thin.

5. Dalton Kincaid over 4.5 receptions at plus 100, FanDuel

Kincaid has 15 catches for 270 yards on 19 targets. The efficiency has been excellent, but this angle is about possible target consolidation with Palmer out and Moore uncertain. The market gives even money at 4.5 catches, while the yardage line is a steeper 55.5. Receptions require less reliance on another explosive gain.

Strongest case against: Kincaid caught only one pass in Week 4, and Buffalo can lean on Cook or distribute targets among multiple tight ends. Price limit: plus 100 is attractive. At minus 120, the edge disappears, and 5.5 catches would be a pass.

6. Keon Coleman over 38.5 receiving yards at minus 111, DraftKings

Coleman has 14 catches for 217 yards, including 116 yards in Week 4. His season average is 54.3 yards, and Palmer’s absence protects outside route volume. Coleman’s 15.5 yards per catch also means he does not need a high reception total to clear 38.5.

Strongest case against: the Rams have allowed only 615 net passing yards through four games, and Watson’s return strengthens the secondary. Coleman has also reached his season average with one large performance doing significant work. Price limit: over 38.5 is acceptable to minus 115. Pass at 42.5 or higher. The DraftKings 40 or more alternate was minus 106 at the same check.

7. Josh Allen rushing yards at 36.5: pass for now

Allen has 118 rushing yards on 33 attempts, which is 29.5 yards and 8.3 attempts per game, plus seven rushing touchdowns. The workload is real, but the current 36.5 yard line asks him to beat his average by seven yards. Donald’s return can create scrambles, yet it can also shorten drives. There is no need to force a side.

The over becomes interesting at 34.5 or lower. The under becomes interesting at 39.5 or higher with a price no worse than minus 115. At 36.5 with minus 113 on either side, Football Nation’s action is hold.

Market movement and final checkpoint

Cook’s rushing line moved down 1.5 yards from 76 to 74.5. Blake Corum’s rushing line moved up four yards from 31.5 to 35.5, a sign that the market is pricing real secondary workload behind Williams. The passing and receiving board should be refreshed after the inactive list. Any material change to Moore, Lake, or the Rams defensive availability can move the target and yardage cases.

Football Nation conclusion

Cook over 74.5 rushing yards and Williams over 21.5 receiving yards offer the cleanest blend of verified role and reasonable threshold. Nacua over 93.5 is the higher variance ceiling play. Stafford, Kincaid, and Coleman remain price sensitive. Allen rushing yards is a pass at the current number. This is independent editorial analysis, not a guarantee or staking instruction.
