Market and information cutoff: October 29, 2026 at 7:02 AM CDT. Indianapolis visits Jacksonville on Sunday, November 1 at 1 p.m. Eastern at EverBank Stadium. The prices below are public comparison snapshots, not executable tickets. Recheck the exact line, price, player status and house rules before acting.

Football Nation reviewed five markets that were simultaneously posted by DraftKings, FanDuel and BetMGM in the Edge Labs public comparison captured October 29 at 4:09 a.m. Eastern. The analysis uses the posted DraftKings side unless another book is named. A lean is a price sensitive opinion, not a guarantee.

Availability and game context

The Colts listed tight end Tyler Warren as limited with a groin injury after he missed the previous two games, while wide receiver Anthony Gould was limited in the concussion protocol. The Jaguars listed Jakobi Meyers limited with a hamstring injury and Brenton Strange full with an eye issue. Those are Wednesday practice designations, not final game statuses. Indianapolis also enters after trading guard Quenton Nelson and defensive tackle DeForest Buckner, changes that matter to both rushing efficiency and Jacksonville's interior run outlook.

Jacksonville is 4 and 2 and Indianapolis is 2 and 5. The Jaguars have converted 47.9 percent of third downs, while their defense has allowed 36.2 percent. That combination can tilt play volume toward Jacksonville, but the strongest counterargument to every favorite driven projection is divisional volatility. A competitive first half could keep Jonathan Taylor involved and force Jacksonville to share backfield work rather than simply protect a late lead.

1. Trevor Lawrence over 240.5 passing yards at minus 113, DraftKings

Lean: over. Lawrence has passed for 245, 189, 182, 227, 331 and 306 yards in six starts. The last two games produced 637 yards on 80 attempts, and the Colts' Wednesday report listed Sauce Gardner limited with a calf injury after he missed Week 7. Jacksonville also has multiple established receiving options even while Brian Thomas Jr. works through an uneven start.

Strongest counterargument: Jacksonville can win through its rushing game if the market's favorite script is correct, and Lawrence has finished below this number in three of six starts. Price threshold: this becomes a pass at 247.5 or higher. If Gardner returns to full participation and Jacksonville's receiver availability worsens, the over case also weakens.

2. Daniel Jones under 187.5 passing yards at minus 112, DraftKings

Lean: under. Jones has 1,398 passing yards through seven games, but the season average hides a severe recent floor. He completed 13 of 22 passes for 108 yards with no touchdowns and one interception at Minnesota. Jacksonville's third down defense is eighth by the team reported conversion rate, which can shorten an already fragile Indianapolis passing day.

Strongest counterargument: the Colts are sizable road underdogs in the broader market, and negative game script can create enough attempts for Jones to clear a modest line. Warren's return would also restore a middle of field target. Price threshold: at 181.5 or lower, pass on the under. At 193.5 or higher, the under becomes more attractive if the same availability picture holds.

3. Jonathan Taylor over 62.5 rushing yards at minus 114, DraftKings

Lean: over, with offensive line caution. Taylor has 587 rushing yards on 140 carries and has cleared 62.5 in six of seven games. He ran 18 times for 95 yards at Minnesota after 21 carries for 94 against Tennessee. Indianapolis cannot ask Jones to carry the offense efficiently, so Taylor's workload remains the clearest route to a competitive game.

Strongest counterargument: trading Nelson removes an elite blocker, and a Jacksonville lead could reduce second half carries. Taylor also needs volume because his season rate is 4.2 yards per carry. Price threshold: the over is no longer attractive above 69.5 at this price. If Indianapolis announces a major line reshuffle or Taylor is limited Friday, reassess rather than forcing the same position.

4. Bhayshul Tuten over 60.5 rushing yards at minus 114, DraftKings

Lean: over. Tuten owns 388 yards on 94 carries through six games, a 64.7 yard average, and the Colts no longer have Buckner anchoring the middle. Jacksonville's home favorite profile supports a stable rushing plan. Tuten also remains the lead runner by season volume even after a 12 carry, 39 yard game against Houston.

Strongest counterargument: Chris Rodriguez Jr. received 11 carries for 55 yards in that Houston game, so this is not a one back projection. Tuten's 4.1 yard season average leaves little margin if his work falls into the low teens. Price threshold: pass at 65.5 or higher. If Rodriguez is formally elevated into an even rotation, the over loses its workload foundation.

5. Chris Rodriguez Jr. under 27.5 rushing yards at minus 113, DraftKings

Lean: under, but this is the most fragile evaluation. Rodriguez has 168 rushing yards on 39 attempts. His 55 yards against Houston created the market move from an early 23.5 to 27.5, yet he had only two carries in Week 5 and six in Week 4. The current number asks bettors to treat the latest game as a durable role change before Jacksonville has confirmed it.

Strongest counterargument: the Jaguars are favored and Rodriguez can clear this line with ordinary late game work. He has exceeded 27.5 in three of six games and was efficient in each. Price threshold: below 23.5, pass on the under. If Tuten is limited or Rodriguez is announced for a larger package, the under is no longer supported.

How to use the five tests

These markets are correlated. A Lawrence over and two Jacksonville rushing overs cannot all assume the same narrow script, so the list should be read as separate price tests rather than a parlay card. The most stable workload case is Taylor over 62.5. The clearest recent form case is Jones under 187.5. The Jacksonville backfield positions carry the most role uncertainty.

Fantasy consequence: Taylor remains the Colts player with the strongest touch floor. Lawrence keeps a useful ceiling if the Colts secondary remains thin, while Tuten and Rodriguez require managers to track the division of early down work. Warren's status affects Jones, Josh Downs and the Colts' middle of field distribution. The next checkpoint is Friday's final injury report, followed by Sunday inactives and a fresh price check within ninety minutes of kickoff.
