Updated August 4, 2026. This is a training-camp injury tracker for all 32 NFL teams. It is not the official Week 1 game-status report. Teams have not started the regular-season reporting cycle, so early questionable, PUP, NFI and IR labels should be read as roster and availability markers rather than final game designations.
The distinction matters: PUP and NFI identify players who cannot yet fully participate, while injured reserve can carry different return rules depending on timing. Football Nation's guide to NFL preseason rosters, PUP, NFI and injured reserve explains those rules in detail.
The biggest injury situations entering the preseason
• Patrick Mahomes has been fully cleared for Chiefs training camp after last season's ACL injury, but his workload and Week 1 readiness still deserve monitoring.
• Micah Parsons has said he expects to miss the start of Green Bay's season after ACL and meniscus procedures, with a mid-October target.
• Malik Nabers avoided the Giants' PUP list, which is a positive sign after ACL rehab and a second cleanup procedure.
• San Francisco has the league's deepest star-level injury list, including Nick Bosa, George Kittle, Ricky Pearsall, Brandon Aiyuk and Isaac Guerendo.
• Carolina's offensive line remains under pressure with Ikem Ekwonu on PUP and Taylor Moton on the active NFI list, while Nic Scourton is already on injured reserve.
• Seattle is monitoring Zach Charbonnet's ACL recovery, one of the most important fantasy backfield situations in the league.
• Detroit has major names on the tracker, including Jahmyr Gibbs, Brian Branch and Kerby Joseph.
• New Orleans has ruled Bryan Bresee out while also monitoring center Erik McCoy and guard Nick Saldiveri.
• Philadelphia added DeVonta Smith and rookie Makai Lemon to the hamstring watch list on August 4.
• The Giants, 49ers, Packers and Steelers currently have some of the most concentrated high-impact injury groups.
AFC East
Buffalo Bills
Buffalo's most notable concerns are concentrated on defense. Chauncey Gardner-Johnson is dealing with a calf issue, Cole Bishop has a knee injury and Mike Hoecht is recovering from an Achilles injury. Tyrell Shavers remains on PUP after an ACL injury, while Dorian Strong is on reserve/NFI. Fantasy impact is limited for now, but Buffalo's secondary depth and pass-rush rotation need attention.
Miami Dolphins
Miami's current list is lighter on established fantasy starters than several other teams. Greg Dulcich is an early availability question, Rene Konga is out, and Lonnie Johnson is dealing with a leg injury. Storm Duck and Darrell Baker Jr. are on PUP, while Chris Bell is on NFI after an ACL injury. The Dolphins' biggest issue is depth in the secondary rather than a clear offensive crisis.
New England Patriots
Carlton Davis is an early Week 1 watch point, while Harold Landry and tight end CJ Dippre are on PUP. Brenden Schooler is on the active NFI list. Jeremiah Webb, Jimmy Kibble and Julian Hill are already on injured reserve. The Patriots' front-seven depth is the main football concern; there is no major fantasy change yet.
New York Jets
The Jets added rookie tight end Kenyon Sadiq to the tracker with an abdominal issue on August 4. Joseph Ossai and Tyler Baron are on PUP, Andre Cisco has a pectoral injury, and Brandon Stephens is dealing with a neck issue. Gee Scott Jr. and Jalen Walthall are on injured reserve. The early fantasy impact is modest, but defensive depth is already being tested.
AFC North
Baltimore Ravens
Baltimore has multiple front-seven and trench injuries. Travis Jones is on PUP with a pectoral injury, Teddye Buchanan is on PUP after an ACL injury, and Andrew Vorhees is dealing with a foot issue. Taven Bryan and Deonte Harty are also being monitored. The Ravens' offensive fantasy core is intact, but defensive-line depth could influence preseason workloads.
Cincinnati Bengals
Kris Jenkins has an ankle issue, B.J. Hill is on PUP and first-round defender Shemar Stewart is dealing with a knee injury. Zack Moss remains on the tracker with a neck issue. Cincinnati's fantasy impact is centered on Moss's role in the backfield, while the larger team concern is defensive-line availability.
Cleveland Browns
Maliek Collins is on PUP with a quadriceps injury and Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah remains on PUP with a neck issue. Kingsley Eguakun has a knee injury and Nathaniel Watson is dealing with a biceps injury. Cleveland's primary concern is defensive front and linebacker availability rather than an immediate fantasy skill-position change.
Pittsburgh Steelers
Pittsburgh's cornerback room is the major concern. Joey Porter Jr. is on PUP with a back issue and Jalen Ramsey is on PUP with a knee injury. Cory Trice is dealing with a knee issue, while Daequan Hardy is on injured reserve. Daniel Ekuale is also working back from an ACL injury. Until the corners return, Pittsburgh may manage preseason defensive reps carefully.
AFC South
Houston Texans
Houston has several important offensive names on the tracker. Tank Dell continues to work back from ACL and MCL injuries, Joe Mixon has a foot issue and Jaylin Noel is on NFI with a finger injury. Jimmie Ward also has a foot concern, while M.J. Stewart and E.J. Speed are on PUP. Fantasy managers should monitor Mixon and Dell most closely because their availability directly affects volume distribution.
Indianapolis Colts
Sauce Gardner was added to the tracker with an illness on August 4. Alec Pierce remains on PUP with an ankle issue, while Blake Freeland, Hunter Wohler and Mike Hilton are also being monitored. The most meaningful fantasy note is Pierce's availability because it affects the wide-receiver rotation and downfield target share.
Jacksonville Jaguars
Jacksonville's current injury list is mostly about depth. Cole Van Lanen and Garrett DiGiorgio are on PUP, while Jack Kiser and Caleb Ransaw are dealing with knee and lower-body issues. No major fantasy starter is currently the clear center of the Jaguars' injury report.
Tennessee Titans
Kevin Zeitler is dealing with a quadriceps injury, Jalyn Armour-Davis has an Achilles issue and Sanoussi Kane is on injured reserve. The Titans also have several depth players listed as questionable. Zeitler is the most important name because interior-line continuity matters for the quarterback and run game.
AFC West
Denver Broncos
Denver is monitoring safety Brandon Jones after a pectoral injury, tackle Matt Peart after an MCL injury and center Alex Forsyth after an ankle issue. Nick Gargiulo remains on PUP after an ACL injury. The Broncos' offensive fantasy pieces are mostly intact, but line depth and the secondary deserve attention.
Kansas City Chiefs
Patrick Mahomes is the headline, but the latest official update is positive: he has been fully cleared to participate in training camp after last season's ACL injury. Xavier Worthy is dealing with a shoulder issue, while Omarr Norman-Lott is on PUP after an ACL injury and Deon Bush is monitoring an Achilles injury. Mahomes' practice load matters more than the generic tracker label because the team has already cleared him for camp.

Las Vegas Raiders
Christian Wilkins is dealing with a foot injury, Jermod McCoy has a knee issue and Michael Mayer was added with a nose injury. Raheem Mostert remains on the tracker with a knee issue, while Chris Collier is on injured reserve. Mostert and Mayer are the fantasy-relevant names, but there is not yet a confirmed long-term role change.
Los Angeles Chargers
Najee Harris is the biggest concern after an Achilles issue placed his Week 1 availability under scrutiny. Junior Colson has a shoulder injury and Isaiah World is on NFI with a knee issue. Will Dissly is also being monitored. Harris's status has the clearest fantasy effect because any missed time would reshape early backfield touches.
NFC East
Dallas Cowboys
Dallas has several depth injuries but no single star-level crisis on the current tracker. Princeton Fant has a knee issue, Jalen Thompson has a hip injury, Zion Childress has a hamstring issue and Ajani Cornelius is dealing with a knee injury. Matt Hennessy is on injured reserve. The main impact is on roster evaluation and depth rather than fantasy rankings.
New York Giants
Malik Nabers remains the central story after last season's ACL tear, but he avoided the PUP list and the Giants remain optimistic about Week 1. Andrew Thomas has a foot issue, Abdul Carter is working through an ankle injury and Jevon Holland has a knee issue. The Giants also lost several depth players to Achilles injuries earlier in the offseason. Nabers's progression is the key fantasy variable.
Philadelphia Eagles
DeVonta Smith was added to the tracker on August 4 with a hamstring issue, and rookie Makai Lemon also has a hamstring injury. Guard Jaeden Roberts has a calf problem, while Jonathan Greenard is on PUP with a pectoral injury. Smith's status is the most important fantasy development, though there is no indication yet that this is a long-term absence.
Washington Commanders
Washington has major defensive-line concerns. Dorance Armstrong is on PUP after an ACL injury and Deatrich Wise Jr. is on PUP with a quadriceps issue. Trey Amos is also on PUP, while John Bates and Nick Allegretti are dealing with hamstring and calf injuries. The early effect is more significant for Washington's defense than its fantasy offense.
NFC North
Chicago Bears
Chicago has a crowded defensive injury list. Noah Sewell is on PUP with an Achilles injury, Shemar Turner is on PUP after an ACL injury, Kyler Gordon is on PUP with a calf issue and T.J. Edwards is on NFI. Coby Bryant is dealing with a knee injury. The Bears' offensive fantasy group is relatively stable, but the defense is missing important camp reps.
Detroit Lions
Detroit has one of the league's most consequential lists. Jahmyr Gibbs is dealing with a back issue, Brian Branch is on PUP with an Achilles injury and Kerby Joseph is on PUP with a knee issue. Tyler Conklin is also on PUP, while Malcolm Rodriguez has an ankle injury. Gibbs is the fantasy priority; Branch and Joseph are major defensive availability questions.
Green Bay Packers
Micah Parsons is on PUP after ACL and meniscus procedures and has publicly targeted a mid-October return, so he is not expected for the start of the season. Tucker Kraft is recovering from an ACL injury, Luke Musgrave is on PUP with a neck issue and Javon Hargrave is on PUP with a knee injury. Green Bay's tight-end distribution and pass rush are the two biggest areas affected.
Minnesota Vikings
Josh Metellus has a shoulder issue, Jeff Okudah is in the concussion protocol and Dwight McGlothern is dealing with a hip injury. Gavin Bartholomew has a back issue. Minnesota's current list is more about secondary and depth availability than a major fantasy shift.
NFC South
Atlanta Falcons
Michael Penix Jr. continues his ACL recovery and remains the biggest Atlanta availability question. Jawaan Taylor, Troy Andersen and Billy Bowman Jr. are on PUP, while Storm Norton is also unavailable. Penix's progression is the only injury on this list that could materially reshape Atlanta's fantasy outlook.
Carolina Panthers
Carolina remains one of the most injured teams entering the Hall of Fame Game. Ikem Ekwonu and Tershawn Wharton are on PUP, Taylor Moton is on NFI, Nic Scourton is on injured reserve and Damien Lewis has a calf issue. Josey Jewell is dealing with a concussion. The offensive-line absences matter for Bryce Young and the backfield. Football Nation has a deeper Panthers-specific injury and fantasy impact report covering the roster in greater detail.

New Orleans Saints
Bryan Bresee is out after an ACL injury, making him the biggest confirmed loss in New Orleans. Erik McCoy has a biceps issue, Mason Tipton is on PUP with a leg injury and Nick Saldiveri remains on PUP with a knee problem. The Saints' main concern is the interior of both lines.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Tristan Wirfs is dealing with a hamstring injury and Vita Vea has a back issue. Chase Lucas and Haggai Ndubuisi are on PUP, while several depth players are also being monitored. Wirfs is the most important name because his availability affects protection and the entire offense.
NFC West
Arizona Cardinals
Arizona is monitoring both top running backs. Trey Benson has a knee issue and James Conner has a foot injury. Garrett Williams and Josh Sweat are on PUP, Tip Reiman is on PUP and PJ Mustipher is on injured reserve. Benson and Conner are the clear fantasy watch points because either absence could alter backfield volume.
Los Angeles Rams
Myles Garrett is dealing with a lower-body injury, Davis Allen has a quadriceps issue and Kobie Turner is being monitored. Alaric Jackson is listed with an illness and Al'zillion Hamilton is on PUP. The Rams' fantasy offense is mostly intact, but Garrett and Turner are major defensive names.
San Francisco 49ers
San Francisco has the most alarming star-heavy injury list in the league. Nick Bosa is recovering from an ACL injury, George Kittle is on PUP with an Achilles issue, Ricky Pearsall is on injured reserve with a PCL injury and Brandon Aiyuk has not reported while continuing knee rehab. Isaac Guerendo and Mykel Williams are on PUP, while Mike Evans has a quadriceps issue. This affects nearly every fantasy position and makes the 49ers the league's highest-priority injury team.
Seattle Seahawks
Seattle's biggest fantasy concern is Zach Charbonnet, who is on PUP after an ACL injury. Nick Emmanwori is also on PUP with an ankle issue, while Jake Bobo, Brandon Pili and several defensive backs are being monitored. Charbonnet's timeline is especially important for the defending champions' backfield. For broader Seattle context, see Football Nation's Hard Knocks look at Seattle's 2026 title defense.
Fantasy football takeaways
• Chiefs: Patrick Mahomes is cleared for camp, so the focus is workload rather than whether he can practice.
• Packers: Micah Parsons is not expected for the start of the season; Tucker Kraft and Luke Musgrave remain important tight-end health variables.
• Giants: Malik Nabers avoiding PUP is encouraging, but his ACL recovery still needs daily monitoring.
• 49ers: The combination of Kittle, Pearsall, Aiyuk, Guerendo and Evans creates uncertainty across the passing game and backfield depth.
• Lions: Jahmyr Gibbs's back issue is the most important Detroit fantasy item.
• Cardinals: Both James Conner and Trey Benson are on the injury tracker, making Arizona's backfield a major watch.
• Chargers: Najee Harris's Achilles issue could change the opening-week backfield hierarchy.
• Texans: Joe Mixon and Tank Dell remain high-impact fantasy health questions.
• Eagles: DeVonta Smith's hamstring issue is new and worth watching, but the current tracker does not establish a long-term absence.
• Seahawks: Zach Charbonnet's ACL recovery affects the depth and volume behind Seattle's lead back.
What changes next
Training-camp lists move quickly. A player can come off PUP, return to individual work, suffer a setback or be placed on injured reserve before the next preseason game. Official regular-season practice reports will provide more useful participation data once Week 1 approaches. Until then, the most reliable signals are roster designations, whether a player is practicing, and direct team or league updates.
Football Nation will continue updating this tracker as new information becomes available. For a broader view of how these injuries affect team strength, read the 2026 NFL preseason power rankings.
