Week 6 Fantasy Trade Value Chart: Top 50 Rest of Season Rankings

9 min read

Buy an improvement to your actual starting lineup. Protect elite players from bye week panic, price injured stars for the time you can afford to wait, and stop treating two bench players as one difference maker. Jahmyr Gibbs leads Football Nation's original rest of season board, but the crucial number in an offer is how many usable starters you gain.

Information cutoff: October 14, 2026 at 10:03:28 AM Central. Production runs through Monday, October 12. This opinion board covers Weeks 6 through 17, not this week's start order. Default: 12 team redraft, one QB, two RBs, two WRs, one TE, one FLEX, half PPR, four point passing touchdowns, no yardage bonuses or tight end premium.

How to use a trade chart without fooling yourself

These are ordinal negotiation tiers, not dollar values, proprietary projections or guaranteed fair deals. Rank 20 is not worth twice rank 40. Roster need, scoring and risk tolerance can change order within a tier. Prioritize repeatable opportunities, receiving involvement, scoring access, efficiency, availability and positional replacement. Schedule is a tiebreaker, not a prediction of every defense's December form.

Identify who leaves your lineup and who gets dropped. Receiving two players when only one starts means buying a starter and bench insurance. A deep contender can consolidate; a manager with two empty lineup spots may need depth. Compare incoming starters with outgoing starters and the replacement you otherwise use. Never add ordinal ranks together.

The evidence behind the top of the board

Gibbs has 105 carries and 27 receptions, producing 747 scrimmage yards and nine combined touchdowns. Rushing and receiving access supports the top spot even if scores slow. Detroit lists Isiah Pacheco on injured reserve, but this ranking does not assume every future touch belongs to Gibbs. A materially smaller receiving role would weaken his advantage. [S1][S13]

Kenneth Walker III is a Chief, not a Seahawk. Official totals show 537 rushing yards on 87 carries plus 12 catches and two receiving scores. His 6.2 yards per carry is not a weekly entitlement. Opportunities support the floor; a smaller workload would weaken the ceiling. [S2][S16]

Chris Olave has 39 catches for 537 yards but only one touchdown. That separates a strong underlying receiving baseline from disappointing scoring variance. Trey McBride's 42 catches create a different kind of advantage: a reception floor at a position where many managers chase touchdowns. Neither player's future scores are guaranteed to rise. [S3][S5]

Availability is not a footnote. Seattle estimated Jaxon Smith Njigba as limited with an ankle injury Tuesday. Saquon Barkley missed Week 5 with a hamstring injury; that is not a Week 6 OUT designation. Baltimore said Lamar Jackson's ankle was improving Monday but Wednesday participation remained uncertain. A.J. Brown is still on New England's injured reserve list at this cutoff. An active roster entry is not medical clearance. [S6][S8][S9][S35]

Four offers that test the chart in real leagues

1. Consolidate for Gibbs. In 12 team half PPR, a contender can offer Jonathan Taylor and Parker Washington for Gibbs to a manager needing an immediate RB and WR. Detroit, Cincinnati, Miami and Minnesota have Week 6 byes. This is an opening conversation, not a declaration of equal value. Counterargument: Taylor is already an elite starter; surrendering a starting Washington can make your lineup worse. Change the case if Washington is essential to your lineup or Gibbs loses meaningful receiving work. [S11]

2. Buy Olave through positional need. Offer Jaylen Warren for Olave when the other manager needs an RB and you need a receiver. FN prefers Olave's receiving foundation, but the Warren manager may reasonably refuse. Counterargument: Warren can solve a scarcer weekly lineup problem, while Olave's touchdown rate need not recover. Reverse the preference if Warren is your only dependable second RB or Olave's receiving role shrinks across two games. This is stronger in full PPR than standard scoring. [S3]

3. Sell scoring heat without selling talent. Explore Christian Watson and Aaron Jones Sr. for Amon Ra St. Brown in half PPR if you can absorb Detroit's bye. Watson has six touchdowns on 26 receptions; St. Brown has 37 catches and five scores. Counterargument: Watson's vertical ceiling can remain valuable even with fewer touchdowns, and Jones may be a genuine starter. Walk away if both outgoing players start for you. Revisit if Watson's reception volume grows enough to support a stronger weekly floor. [S4][S1][S28]

4. Buy Brown only with runway. A comfortable contender could discuss DK Metcalf for A.J. Brown with a manager who cannot wait. A team needing Week 6 points should usually keep Metcalf. Counterargument: there is no guaranteed return date or immediate full workload. New England's official announcement established Week 6 eligibility, not clearance. The required facts are practice participation, activation and a credible playing role. Until then this is an injury investment with a potential zero, not a stolen WR1. [S7][S35]

When the scoring format changes the answer

Full PPR strengthens receiving volume, especially McBride and Olave, and backs whose catches survive unfavorable game script. Standard scoring favors yards and touchdowns without eliminating variance. Starting three receivers makes a useful WR3 more valuable. Tight end premium requires repricing the position, not nudging one favorite up.

Do not use this order for superflex. Quarterback scarcity moves Allen and a cleared Jackson much higher. A similar numbered receiver is not equivalent to a secure starting quarterback. Six point passing touchdowns also change comparisons. Check platform trade processing before promising Thursday eligibility.

Football Nation conclusion and the next checkpoint

Buy a role, sell an unsustainable price and hold elite players through byes. Five weeks cannot settle future health or workload; tiers acknowledge that uncertainty. Wednesday practice, Thursday designations, Friday reports and the next usage sample can change an offer.

The essential checkpoints are Smith Njigba's ankle, Barkley's participation, Jackson's practice return and Brown's activation path. Stevenson receives a near term opportunity boost after the reported Henderson injury, but that does not establish his December workload. Individual route counts, playoff schedule grades and numerical point projections are omitted where they were not independently verified. Keep the chart open as a negotiation framework, then revisit the actual lineup benefit before accepting.
